How does the POVIR educational platform work?

Due to COVID and the full-scale war, Ukraine is experiencing educational losses. A large number of children have switched to online or blended learning. Ukrainian students are falling behind their peers from other countries by 1.5 to 2.5 years. Overcoming educational losses and developing soft and hard skills are challenges that need to be addressed without waiting for the war to end. It is for this very reason that the "POVIR" platform was launched. This was announced by the Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov, on his Telegram channel.
