At the end of July 2025, the POVIR team summed up the results of the pilot implementation of the «POVIR» project. A total of 2,005 children from different regions of Ukraine joined the initiative, confirming the strong demand for educational support in the face of today’s challenges.
Learning Formats
- During the pilot, children were able to try out several new formats:
- One-on-One — individual online meetings with teachers that supported not only academic achievements but also the development of socio-emotional skills.
- Sprints — short educational intensives in Ukrainian, mathematics, and English.
- Marathon — a combination of 10 subject-based group classes and 7 «One-on-One» sessions, allowing systematic work with the material and supporting consistent learning.
- POVIR mobile application — a new digital tool that provided convenient registration, scheduling, and reminders.
Key Achievements
- Participant activity: more than 7,000 learning sessions took place, including hundreds of individual classes and group meetings.
- Motivation boost: many children reported increased confidence in their knowledge and stronger motivation to learn.
- Quality of support: most participants highly rated the individualized approach and the ability to choose learning formats that suited them best.
- Identified barriers: during the pilot, challenges with technical access (internet, devices) were noted, which partially limited participation in the program.
Pilot Conclusions
The report confirmed that:
- One-on-One sessions are the most in-demand format.
- Sprints contribute to rapid knowledge consolidation and create a positive experience of teamwork.
- The integration of digital solutions (the mobile application) makes learning more convenient and modern.
- For further scaling, it is necessary to expand technical support and provide children with more devices.
Why It Matters
The pilot proved the effectiveness of the POVIR model, which combines modern technology, psychological support, and an individualized approach. More than 2,000 children gained a new learning experience that helps them not only improve their knowledge but also build confidence in their own abilities.
Next Steps
The POVIR team is preparing to scale the project based on the lessons learned. Plans include expanding the network of teachers, launching new educational formats, and improving the mobile application to make quality support even more accessible.
